We are a professional Sports Academy based at Ottapalam, Palakkad (Kerala) and are looking for experienced coaches to assist our Cricket training programs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Skill Development: Teach and refine technical aspects of batting, bowling, and fielding, including specialized skills (e.g., spin variations, swing, pace, and wicket-keeping).
- Match Analysis: Utilize video footage and match statistics to evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Strategic Planning: Create game plans, assess opponents’ weaknesses, and advise the team captain.
- Fitness & Conditioning: Monitor players' physical fitness and collaborate with strength and conditioning trainers.
- Mental Conditioning: Build resilience, confidence, and focus in players during high-pressure situations.
- Team Management: Foster a positive team environment and handle team dynamics.
Essential Qualifications
- Certifications: Recognized coaching credentials (such as BCCI, NCA, ICC, or ECB coaching badges).
- Experience: 1 to 5+ years of experience coaching at the school, club, or professional level.
- Playing Experience: Proven background of playing competitive cricket at a regional, state, or national level.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern cricket rules, regulations, and formats.
Key Soft Skills
- Leadership & Motivation: Ability to inspire athletes and manage diverse personalities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide clear, actionable feedback to players.
- Patience & Dedication: Willingness to work with players of varying skill levels.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
