Job Description
Plus UAE Group is hiring a Business Operations & Revenue Manager – UAE Market to manage, monitor, and improve the daily business performance of our Abu Dhabi office from our Kochi office.
This is not a normal coordinator role. The selected candidate will act as a remote business control person for Plus UAE Abu Dhabi, ensuring that sales, operations, client coordination, PRO/documentation, pending works, revenue, and team productivity are properly monitored and improved daily.
The Abu Dhabi office already has an execution team for office coordination, PRO, documentation, client-facing activities, and sales. The Kochi-based Business Operations & Revenue Manager will coordinate with them, track performance, identify delays, push follow-ups, and report results to management.
This role is suitable for a responsible, business-minded person who can think practically, follow up strongly, and help the company generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily activities of the Abu Dhabi team.
Collect updates from sales, operations, PRO, documentation, client coordination, and accounts.
Identify pending works, delays, client issues, and revenue opportunities.
Ensure every team member has clear daily tasks and measurable output.
Report daily business status to management.
- Sales Monitoring & Revenue Follow-Up
Track all sales leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, proposals, and closures.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion.
Identify why leads are not closing and suggest corrective action.
Monitor weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Push the team to generate new business and collect payments.
Track all client works and service requests.
Monitor delays in documentation, PRO works, government services, renewals, and client submissions.
Coordinate with Abu Dhabi operations team to ensure timely completion.
Identify repeated mistakes and suggest process improvements.
Ensure client work is not delayed due to lack of follow-up.
- Client Coordination Support
Monitor client complaints, pending responses, and service delays.
Ensure clients are updated on time.
Coordinate with client-facing team members for urgent cases.
Identify service requirements from existing clients and convert them into revenue opportunities.
- Revenue & Cash Flow Focus
Track invoice status, payment follow-ups, and pending collections.
Identify services that can be invoiced.
Coordinate with accounts and operations for payment collection updates.
Prepare weekly revenue forecast and collection report.
- New Business Development Support
Identify new revenue opportunities in the UAE market.
Coordinate campaigns for Plus UAE services and Plus UAE Connect portal.
Support lead generation activities through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and client database.
Suggest new services, market scopes, and business improvement ideas.
- System, Reporting & Process Improvement
Use internal software, CRM, portal, or tracking sheets to monitor business performance.
Create simple reports for management.
Suggest automation, dashboards, reminders, and process improvements.
Help make the company more system-driven and less dependent on manual follow-up.

Required Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in business operations, sales coordination, business development, client coordination, or operations management.
Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
Ability to manage remote teams and collect daily updates.
Good understanding of sales, operations, customer service, and revenue tracking.
Ability to identify business problems and suggest practical solutions.
Strong English communication skills.
Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or business tracking tools.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Responsible attitude and ownership mindset.
Preferred Experience
Experience in UAE / GCC market coordination.
Experience in business setup, PRO services, government services, corporate services, visa services, compliance, or client servicing.
Experience working with remote teams.
Experience in sales follow-up, lead tracking, revenue monitoring, or operations control.
Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, internal portals, or workflow systems will be an advantage.

Important Requirement
This position requires a person who can take responsibility and follow up strongly. The candidate must not wait only for instructions. They should be able to study the business, understand what is pending, identify who is responsible, push for completion, and report clearly to management.
This role is for serious candidates who can work as a business control person for a UAE-based company from Kochi.
