Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive distributor and retailer sales for our Tea products in assigned territories. The role involves field sales, market development, order collection, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distributor and retailer sales activities.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Collect orders and maintain sales reports.
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and placement in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities and market feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of field sales experience preferred (FMCG experience is an advantage).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
