Job Summary
Retro Aviation is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage administrative tasks while ensuring a welcoming experience for students, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office and reception.
* Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly.
* Coordinate student admissions and maintain admission records.
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and counselling sessions.
* Maintain student files, attendance records, and office documentation.
* Coordinate with academic, accounts, and management teams for smooth operations.
* Supervise front office staff and ensure excellent customer service.
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
* Prepare reports and assist management with administrative tasks.
* Handle basic cash collection, receipts, and documentation when required.
* Ensure confidentiality of institutional and student information.
* Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
* Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Preferred Skills Experience in educational institutions or the aviation industry is an added advantage.
* Leadership and team management abilities. Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Work Location: In person
