1. Showroom Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the showroom.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
- Manage product displays and ensure merchandise is arranged as per brand guidelines.
2. Sales & Customer Service
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Greet and assist customers, providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and guide sales executives, billing staff, and support staff.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and motivate the team.
- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/accounts team for replenishment.
- Ensure accurate stock records and prevent pilferage or damages.
- Oversee inward and outward movement of products from the showroom.
5. Financial & Administrative Duties
- Ensure timely billing, payment collection, and proper cash/credit management.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Support in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control for the showroom.
6. Marketing & Promotions
- Coordinate with the marketing team for implementing in-store promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Suggest local marketing ideas to increase showroom footfall.
- Organize and oversee product launches or customer engagement events at the showroom.
7. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with audit requirements.
8. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers and repeat clients.
- Collect feedback to improve customer experience and service quality.
- Ensure after-sales support and smooth coordination with the service/delivery team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
