Smoor Chocolates is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide an exceptional dine-in experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining outlet hygiene, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when required.
- Serve food, beverages, and desserts efficiently while maintaining Smoor’s service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to customer requests and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order preparation and service.
- Handle billing and POS transactions when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
Requirements:
- 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, QSR, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
- Well-groomed appearance with a customer-first attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
