Roles & Responsibilities
1. Resource Hunting & Recruitment
a. Follow the entire process of recruitment.
b. Do duties of job posting, hiring, conduct recruitment exams.
c. Maintain excellent professional relations with educational institutions & recruitment agencies.
2. Coaching the employees
a. Training new recruits on Organization structure, roles, and responsibilities.
b. Induction training & Orientation lectures.
3. Motivation & Performance Appraisals
a. Frequent sessions on competition in market & upgrading skills sets.
b. Monitor performance of each employee on monthly basis.
c. Follow the prescribed process for Performance Appraisals.
4. Salary & payroll negotiations
a. To discuss and solve employee queries.
b. Negotiate on salary aspect at the time of recruitment.
5. Employee Satisfaction & Feedback
a. Regulary check with employees satisfaction on the provided facilities.
b. Resolve the conflict situations or differences among employees.
c. Regularly take employee feedback and pass on the final solutions for effective management of the employees.
d. Adherence of Dealer HR Standard norms.
6. General Administration
a. Takecare all the general administration of the facility which includes monitoring the facility repairs & maintenance.
b. Purchase/Stock Maintenance of Stationary.
c. Legal Consumer/Labour to be attended.
d. Renewal of Licenses on or before it expires.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
