Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding by assisting new hires with employee documentation, biometric enrollment, IT setup, business cards, welcome creatives, and other joining formalities.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, employee database, gadget inventory, increment and promotion letters, affidavits, and other HR documentation.
- Address employee queries and resolve grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and internal events as directed.
- Execute the employee exit process, including clearance formalities, asset collection, system access deactivation, Full & Final (F&F) settlement processing, and issuance of relieving letters.
- Prepare and share salary sheets with the Accounts department for payroll execution.
- Prepare statutory and HR-related reports, including Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) reports.
- Maintain records of employee compensation and benefits and collect necessary inputs for payroll processing.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- Oversee and maintain office IT systems, coordinating with vendors or support teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, including pantry items, stationery, groceries, and other day-to-day operational requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
