Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to support the execution and coordination of solar energy projects. The candidate will assist in site activities, project documentation, approvals, and installation coordination to ensure smooth project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site surveys and project execution activities.
- Coordinate with installation teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Follow up with KSEB and other authorities for approvals and documentation.
- Support material planning, delivery coordination, and inventory tracking.
- Monitor site progress and prepare project status updates.
- Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation.
- Assist in project commissioning and customer handover activities.
Requirements:
- B.Tech / Diploma / B.Voc in Electrical, EEE, Renewable Energy, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar, electrical, or related projects.
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Kerala.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
