We seek a compassionate and motivated Telecounselor to provide guidance and information to prospective clients/students/customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries, explaining services, and assisting individuals in making informed decisions. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and building positive connections with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to provide counseling on our course.
- Understand the needs of callers and offer appropriate guidance or solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with prospects as needed.
- Provide detailed information about programs, admissions, or services and address concerns.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients/students/customers to encourage engagement.
- Work towards achieving targets related to enrollments, consultations, or service sign-ups.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for callers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English,Gujrati,Hindi[required].
