- Assess training and development needs across departments.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external training providers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports.
- Support employee career development and succession planning.
- Assist managers in creating individual development plans for employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
