Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's revenue and profitability
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop proposals and presentations to pitch the products and services to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information
- Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the organization's brand
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience of 1 year in business development or telesales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
