Job Description & Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and seamless user experience. The MERN Developer will work closely with our design, backend, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The primary responsibilities of a MERN Developer include developing responsive front-end interfaces, building robust back-end services, integrating APIs, optimizing database performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining the overall quality of the web application throughout its lifecycle. The developer will also be responsible for managing version control, participating in client code reviews, and ensuring timely project delivery within defined timelines.
Developing and maintaining responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional and efficient technical solutions.
Leading and mentoring junior developers, managing code quality, version control, and ensuring adherence to best development practices.
Managing project timelines, task allocations, and resource planning to ensure smooth delivery of assigned modules or full-stack features.
Optimizing application performance and database queries to enhance speed, scalability, and user satisfaction.
Debugging, testing, and resolving technical issues across the front-end and back-end to ensure system reliability and smooth user experience.
Staying organized, writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code, and meeting project deadlines.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for feature enhancement, technology upgrades, and improved development workflows.
