Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Performance Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and customer acquisition through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality real estate leads while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate qualified buyer, investor, and seller leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Create and optimize ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and lead funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CPL (Cost Per Lead), conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase lead conversions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report key marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM systems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree must.
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation, preferably in real estate.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable lead generation results.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and marketing funnels.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with marketing automation and WhatsApp lead nurturing campaigns.
