Key Responsibilities
- Site Operations & Layout: Setting out, surveying, and determining the exact locations and levels for architectural and infrastructural installations using tools like Total Stations and GPS.
- Technical Supervision: Analysing, interpreting, and checking blueprints, structural calculations, and engineering drawings to ensure the construction crew follows the design specifications flawlessly.
- Resource & Material Management: Coordinating the procurement, tracking, and delivery of raw materials and equipment, verifying their quality against industry standards.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conducting regular site inspections and quality control tests to guarantee compliance with engineering standards and local building regulations.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Enforcing rigid safety guidelines, assessing project risks, and ensuring that all crew members utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Progress Tracking & Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of day-to-day operations—such as site diaries, progress reports, and material logs—and presenting updates to project managers and executives.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Liaison: Managing contracted staff, resolving field issues, and negotiating with suppliers to optimize project efficiency and costs.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience : 2 to 3 years
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
