Job Description:We are seeking an organized and efficient Purchase Executive to manage our daily material procurement process. This is a straightforward operational role focused on obtaining rate comparisons, negotiating favorable terms, issuing Purchase Orders in Tally, and ensuring that our factory and site teams receive their required materials on time without any project delays.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Obtain competitive price quotations and prepare clear price comparisons from multiple vendors for required materials.
Negotiate material rates and favorable payment terms with suppliers.
Identify and onboard new vendors while maintaining strong, reliable relationships with existing suppliers.
Accurately create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) using Tally software.
Coordinate daily with the factory production team and site execution team to gather and analyze accurate material requirements.
Relentlessly follow up with vendors post-order to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials directly to the factory or project sites.
Maintain organized records of all quotes, POs, and delivery challans.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1 to 2 years of basic experience in purchasing, procurement, or back-office operations.
Hands-on proficiency in Tally software for generating Purchase Orders.
Good communication and basic negotiation skills to deal with local and regional vendors.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining price comparison sheets.
Highly organized with a strong follow-up habit.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in the interior fit-out, construction, or modular furniture manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with basic interior raw materials (plywood, laminates, hardware).
Reporting:Directly reporting to Managing Partner / Purchase Head
Performance Metrics:
Delivery Adherence: 100% on-time delivery of materials to site and factory.
Accuracy: Zero errors in PO generation in Tally.
Cost Efficiency: Number of new vendors successfully developed and rate reductions achieved through negotiation.
Salary Range:Up to Rs. 22,000 per month based on the previous in-hand salary and experience.

Notice Period:45 days after confirmation
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
