Position: School Principal
Role Summary: The School Principal is responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the school. The Principal ensures high-quality education, staff supervision, student discipline, and compliance with institutional policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all academic and administrative activities of the school.
Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and academic standards.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Monitor student performance, attendance, and discipline.
Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and school activities.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies.
Manage admissions, examinations, and school events.
Prepare reports and maintain school records.
Foster a positive and productive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in any relevant discipline.
B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience with leadership/administrative experience.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of school administration and academic planning.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems.
