MCC is a global leader in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor solutions serving the automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Accounting team in India.
This role is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable function by ensuring timely processing of customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, resolving account discrepancies, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
Work Schedule
- Currently Remote but will be Hybrid from Bengaluru, India.
- During the probationary period, the selected candidate must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours to support onboarding, training, and collaboration with the U.S.-based Accounting team.
- Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the position will transition to standard daytime working hours in India, consisting of an eight-hour workday, while remaining fully remote.
