- Install, configure, and support network devices, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Monitor network systems and ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
- Diagnose, escalate, and track incidents through to resolution.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support network solutions.
