Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
