Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle customer queries through a voice process.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
- Provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
- Maintain customer and call records in the system.
- Follow company quality and process standards.
- Meet daily productivity and performance requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate.
- Freshers can apply with good communication skills.
- Non-graduates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil or Telugu as required for the process.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Comfortable working from office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
Salary
Freshers: ₹18,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month
