About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI-Assisted UX/UI Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our design team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, visual communication, and modern digital interfaces. You should be able to transform complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences while also bringing strong illustration and branding capabilities to the role.
Our design workflow increasingly incorporates AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, prototyping, and UI development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools as part of their everyday design workflow while applying strong design judgment, creativity, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
1. Design intuitive, responsive UI/UX from product and business requirements, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
2. Use AI tools and prompting for design ideation, UI exploration, prototyping, and development, while refining AI-generated outputs.
3. Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and visual guidelines in collaboration with developers.
4. Create illustrations, icons, characters, storyboards, and visual assets across different styles.
5. Design branding and marketing materials including presentations, social media, banners, and event assets.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated with modern UI/UX, AI, and visual design practices.
Required Skills
- Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio showcasing modern, responsive interfaces.
- Strong understanding of user flows, wireframes, prototyping, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and design systems.
- Proficiency in AI tools and prompt writing for design and development workflows.
- Ability to review and refine AI-generated designs and interfaces.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS and web implementation.
- Strong illustration, freehand, digital, and vector design skills.
- Good understanding of branding and visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
