Job Summary
The Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing restaurant reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
- Coordinate table allocation with the restaurant team.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, restaurant facilities, and services.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
- Assist in special events, promotions, and guest engagement activities.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with prior experience in hospitality are welcome to apply.

- Basic computer knowledge and reservation handling skills.
