Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head with a strong background in the education sector to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in educational institutions, EdTech, academic services, training organizations, or related education businesses.
This role requires strategic planning, revenue leadership, team management, and strong industry networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across regions.
Identify new market opportunities within schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and EdTech platforms.
Build strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.
Drive institutional partnerships and bulk sales.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
Represent the organization at education events, conferences, and seminars.
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
✔ Minimum 8+ years of sales experience.
✔ At least 5+ years in the education sector (compulsory).
✔ Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
✔ Experience in institutional/B2B sales within education.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
Strong network within schools, colleges, universities, or EdTech ecosystem.
Experience managing regional or national sales teams.
