Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counselor with a background in Data Science & AI certification sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, understanding learner career goals, and converting prospects into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, email, and chat regarding Data Science and AI programs.
- Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable certification tracks
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and virtual platforms
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in Data Science & AI / Tech certification sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of Data Science & AI career paths
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
