- Supervise daily rolling mill production and ensure work is completed as per the production plan.
- Monitor raw material feeding, mixing, rolling, pressing, cutting, and finishing processes.
- Check batch weight, size, thickness, density, and product quality as per company standards.
- Operate and monitor rolling mill machines, mixers, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Manage manpower and shift-wise work and ensure proper machine operation.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality teams to solve machine and product-related problems.
- Maintain daily records of production, rejection, downtime, material usage, and shift activities.
- Ensure safety, PPE, housekeeping, minimum wastage, and achievement of production targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
