About the Role
Panacorp Software Solutions is hiring Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound client interactions. This is an office-based role where you will communicate with prospective clients, understand their requirements, explain the company's research and technical services, and maintain professional relationships through effective communication.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication and verbal presentation skills
- Strong listening, convincing, and negotiation abilities
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work in a team and handle client interactions professionally
- Multilingual candidates will be given preference
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain company services and address client queries effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Business Development and CRM teams for smooth client handling.
- Build positive client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Compensation
CTC: ₹1.44 – ₹2.40 LPA (₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month). The salary package will be determined based on communication skills, confidence, and interview performance. Candidates demonstrating exceptional communication and client-handling abilities may be offered a higher package through negotiation during the final interview round.
