Graphic Designer (Freelance / Card-Basis)

About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing and growth team on a flexible, project-basis engagement. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create visually compelling assets for course landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials for our medical education fellowship and boot camp programs. This is a great fit for a designer who wants consistent, ongoing project work without a full-time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Design and edit graphics for landing pages, banners, and flyers for course/fellowship promotions
- Create and refine marketing collateral for email campaigns and smart-link/lead sequences
- Edit and enhance photos/testimonial visuals (e.g., doctor spotlight sections) to be polished and on-brand
- Design social media graphics and promotional banners
- Support video editing and motion graphics work as needed
- Maintain visual consistency with brand color themes, logo placement, and layout guidelines across all templates and formats
- Rework and simplify cluttered designs into clean, well-aligned layouts
- Take direction from marketing team members and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Ensure content accuracy and brand alignment (correct course names, titles, testimonials, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with marketing/promotional materials
- Strong understanding of layout, alignment, typography, and color theory
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
- Basic video editing skills a plus (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple design requests, and turn around revisions quickly
- Strong communication and responsiveness — this role works on a task/card basis, so reliability and quick turnaround matter
- Portfolio showcasing landing pages, banners, email creatives, or similar marketing assets
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for healthcare, medical education, or e-learning brands
- Familiarity with HTML-based landing page builders or drag-and-drop website builders
- Experience with AI design tools for rapid ideation
Engagement Details
- This is a flexible, card-based (task-based) freelance role
- We're building a small bench of 2-3 reliable designers to ensure consistent turnaround and coverage
- Compensation is per-project/per-card, to be discussed based on scope
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
