About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
- Edit high-quality corporate videos, promotional films, testimonials, case studies, training videos, event highlights, and social media content.
- Create engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and visual effects to improve storytelling.
- Handle video color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, and final output optimization.
Graphic Design
- Design creatives for social media campaigns, corporate branding, presentations, brochures, reports, newsletters, banners, and marketing collateral.
- Create infographics that communicate training outcomes, CSR impact, placement statistics, and organizational achievements.
- Design event branding materials including standees, certificates, invitations, and promotional assets.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and maintain a professional corporate identity.
Branding & Digital Marketing Support
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to execute branding campaigns.
- Develop visual content that positions the organization as a leader in the skilling and workforce development ecosystem.
- Contribute creative ideas for employer branding, CSR communication, and corporate outreach.
- Support website visuals, blogs, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and landing pages.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, social media formats, and AI-powered creative tools.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign (preferred)
- Canva
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and websites.
- Knowledge of photography, lighting, framing, and video composition will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms is desirable.
