Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our silver jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the showroom team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets while upholding the brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction..

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in jewellery showroom management.
- Experience in silver jewellery retail is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹45,531.41 - ₹55,389.11 per month
