What Will You Do?
As a Telecaller, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents.
Your role will involve:
- Connect with prospective students and parents through outbound calls
- Understand their educational needs, interests, and requirements
- Explain relevant educational programs in a clear and engaging way
- Identify and qualify genuine leads
- Schedule counseling and demo sessions with the admissions team
- Follow up with interested prospects and build meaningful conversations
- Work towards daily and monthly calling & conversion targets
- Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Who Are We Looking For?
You could be a great fit if you:
- Have completed your Bachelor's degree
- Are confident communicating in English + a regional language
- Enjoy speaking with people and building conversations
- Have good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Are comfortable working towards targets
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Experience is not mandatory!
Freshers with good communication skills and the right attitude are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in telecalling or telesales is an advantage.

What You'll Need
For your WFH days, you'll need:
- Personal laptop/PC
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
- Basic computer proficiency
Important Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Candidates currently pursuing Graduation or a Master's degree are not eligible.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling/telesales experience of 0–1 year is an advantage, but not mandatory.
