Job Summary
Bajaj Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Executive to manage and maintain customer, property, lead, and sales data across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, generate MIS reports, support marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights to aid business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Maintain and update customer, lead, property, and transaction records in the CRM system.
- Track and monitor customer interactions, including calls, meetings, site visits, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Ensure complete accuracy and consistency of CRM data.
- Monitor CRM usage and ensure timely updates by all concerned teams.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Generate reports on:
- Lead status and conversions
- Leasing pipeline performance
- Investment deal progress
- Franchise lead tracking
- Revenue vs. target achievement
- Collections and outstanding payments
- Consolidate data from sales, accounts, marketing, and other departments.
Business Analysis
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for management review.
- Analyze business trends, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Support management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Marketing & Coordination
- Assist in executing WhatsApp, Email, and SMS campaigns through CRM platforms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Leasing, Investment, and other departments for data collection and reporting.
- Ensure timely circulation of business performance reports and updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and data management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, MIS, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
- Real Estate industry experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
