Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Plant Manager to oversee daily factory operations, production, inventory, labor management, machine monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production and achieve production targets.
- Supervise labor attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Monitor raw material, scrap, and finished goods inventory.
- Track machine performance, breakdowns, and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper packing, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
- Maintain production, inventory, and expense records.
- Use Excel and ERP systems for reporting and tracking.
- Verify bills, expenses, and operational records.
- Identify operational issues and report them promptly to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Supervisor, Production, Operations, Factory, or Plant Management role.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Local candidates or willing to relocate only.
- Comfortable using Excel and basic computer systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on the factory floor and learn manufacturing processes in detail.
Preferred
- Experience in plastics, recycling, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
- Experience managing factory labor and shift-based production.
- Familiarity with ERP software and inventory management.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
