Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer / Site In-Charge (Mechanical background preferred) with hands-on experience in firefighting and security systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful installation and commissioning of systems.
Job Location: Bangalore, India
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:
- Fire hydrant and sprinkler systems
- Fire alarm systems
- CCTV, Access Control, and other security systems
- Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
- Interpret technical drawings and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Maintain site documentation including material records, JMR, and progress reports
- Assist in project planning, manpower allocation, and material management
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in firefighting, fire alarm, or security systems
- Strong technical and site management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required

- Salary - 25,000-40,000
