Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or sales. Your goal is to build customer interest and set appointments or close deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using scripts.
- Deliver prepared sales pitches to persuade prospects to purchase a product or service or schedule appointments.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Record and update customer information in the database.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality.
- Ability to learn about products and describe them to prospects.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in Hindi
- Familiarity with outbound calling tools or dialers.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
