Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Magic Frames Cinemas
Job Summary:
The Customer Care Executive is responsible for ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience for guests by addressing their queries, assisting with bookings, and providing excellent service throughout their visit to the cinema.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
* Assist customers with ticket bookings, seat selection, and show information.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and F&B teams to ensure smooth customer service.
* Provide information on movie schedules, promotions, and cinema facilities.
* Maintain the customer service desk and ensure a positive guest experience.
* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communication professionally.
* Report customer issues and suggest improvements to management.
Requirements:
* Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
* Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
* Friendly personality and a customer-oriented approach.
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
