Key Responsibilities
· Zuora CPQ Management: Configure and manage Zuora CPQ for quoting, pricing, and product catalog management to support accurate and efficient sales processes.
· Revenue Recognition: Implement and support Zuora RevPro for automated revenue recognition and ensure compliance with ASC 606 accounting standards.
· Workflow Integration: Integrate CPQ → Billing → RevPro workflows to ensure seamless financial data flow across the subscription lifecycle.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to enhance quote-to-cash processes and align platform capabilities with business needs.
· Revenue Reporting: Perform revenue reporting, reconciliation, and exception handling to ensure accuracy and compliance across financial systems.
· Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to revenue recognition, billing systems, and quoting processes to minimize disruptions.
· Documentation & Platform Maintenance: Maintain thorough process documentation and support platform upgrades and releases to ensure system continuity.
· Salesforce & ERP Integration: Manage integrations between Zuora and Salesforce, ERP systems, and other billing platforms to ensure consistent and accurate data across systems.
· Subscription Lifecycle Management: Oversee subscription billing, quoting, and revenue automation to ensure alignment across the full quote-to-revenue cycle.
· Compliance & Accounting Standards: Apply strong understanding of ASC 606 and general accounting principles to ensure revenue recognition is accurate and audit-ready.
· Analytical Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps in billing and revenue workflows and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ and Zuora RevPro in subscription billing and revenue management environments.
· Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and general accounting standards.
· Hands-on expertise in subscription billing, quoting, and revenue automation across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
· Proven experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, ERP systems, and other billing platforms.
· Ability to configure and manage Zuora product catalogs, pricing models, and quoting workflows in CPQ.
· Experience performing revenue reporting, reconciliation, and exception handling within financial systems.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve billing and revenue system issues.
· Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with Finance, Sales, and IT stakeholders.
· Solid understanding of CPQ → Billing → RevPro end-to-end integration patterns and financial data flow across enterprise systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills
· Familiarity with Zuora Billing and its configuration for complex subscription models.
· Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other configure-price-quote tools.
· Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and their integration with Zuora.
· Exposure to SaaS subscription business models and the financial operations that support them.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
