Job Description
Bolas is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee 5–10 retail stores and drive sales, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience, and team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in multi-store retail operations with complete P&L ownership.
Experience
- 5–8 years in multi-unit retail operations (FMCG, QSR, F&B, or Specialty Retail preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales, P&L, and profitability across the assigned cluster.
- Ensure smooth store operations, SOP compliance, audits, and inventory control.
- Monitor store performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Lead, train, and manage Store Managers and retail teams.
- Drive customer experience, merchandising standards, and business growth.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR teams.
- Travel across the assigned cluster as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG Diploma in Retail/Operations preferred).
- Experience managing multiple retail stores with P&L accountability.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned cluster.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
