Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Assist in staff training and motivation programs.
- Ensure proper table setup, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Support inventory control and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily reports and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Assist in organizing events, parties, and banquet functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team handling ability.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest handling.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
