- Implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
- Maintain spring manufacturing machines (CNC coiling, furnaces, shot peening, grinding, compressors, etc.)
- Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Analyze breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate with production for smooth operations and shutdown planning
- Support new machine installation and process improvements.
- Team Management
- Lead maintenance team (engineers, technicians, electricians, fitters)
- Assign tasks, monitor work, and conduct safety training
- Manage vendors and contractors
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and LOTO procedures
- Handle audits, inspections, and ISO/IATF/TPM activitiesInventory & Cost Control
- Maintain spare parts inventory* Control maintenance budget and reduce costs
- Coordinate procurement and vendor negotiations Documentation & KPIs
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
- Track KPIs: uptime, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical* 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems
- Experience in TPM, CNC, PLC, and automation
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
