We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction operations, manage on-site labor, and ensure projects are executed accurately according to blueprints and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities and labor.
Set out, level, and survey the construction site.
Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Troubleshoot practical, unexpected technical difficulties on-site.
Maintain daily site diaries, progress logs, and safety records.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience: [Insert Experience, e.g., 1-3 years] of experience handling on-site construction operations.
Skills: Strong understanding of site layouts, structural drawings, and concrete quality checks. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,778.72 - ₹37,982.25 per month
