Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Technician to join our technical service team. The ideal candidate will assist in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of equipment while ensuring high-quality customer support. The role requires a willingness to learn, travel for onsite service assignments, and provide technical assistance to customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assisting senior technicians in day to day operations and technical activities.
- Earning and performing basic technical task such as quality inspection, functional tests, repairs of products, instructed by your supervisor.
- Supporting in equipment handling, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Documenting technical procedures and reporting issues or malfunctions
- Participating in training sessions and completing assigned learning modules.
- Following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Any other responsibilities assigned to you from time to time
- Perform onsite and offsite service activities, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment as assigned.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers through video calls whenever required.
- Deliver product operation and basic technical training to customers to ensure proper usage, maintenance, and safe handling of equipment.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant service or maintenance experience will have an added advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to travel for onsite service assignments and handle equipment.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a full-time salaried position.
No fees or payments are required from candidates at any stage of recruitment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
