Role Overview
As Program Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale, multi-site security and ELV programs. This leadership role involves strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, client engagement, and execution oversight—ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of security programs—from planning to closure.
- Align project schedules, resources, and budgets with client and organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, vendor, and support teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Monitor risks, track milestones, and drive resolution of critical delivery issues.
- Serve as the primary liaison between client, internal stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients and management on program health and outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
- Ensure that client expectations are exceeded in terms of timelines, quality, and service.

- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection & Integrated ELV solutions.
