Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle visitors and office operations efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and emails.
- Maintain visitor records and employee attendance records.
- Assist with administrative and office management tasks.
- Support HR and management with documentation and office coordination.
- Handle inquiries from clients, and staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel ).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 15,000
