1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
3. Generate leads through multiple channels and convert prospects into customers.
4. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
6. Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
7. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
8. Ensure timely follow-up with prospects using CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
9. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
10. Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
