Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, Instagram management, and digital engagement, and looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing.
Responsibilities
* Manage and handle the company’s Instagram account on a daily basis
* Create and post engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and captions
* Plan content ideas and maintain a consistent Instagram presence
* Monitor audience engagement, comments, and basic interactions
* Stay updated with social media trends and trending content formats
* Assist in increasing brand reach, engagement, and follower growth
* Coordinate with the team for content planning and marketing activities.
Requirements
* Basic understanding of Instagram and how social media platforms function
* Good content writing and communication skills
* Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging content
* Familiarity with Canva or basic content creation/editing tools
* Understanding of hashtags, reels, audience engagement, and content planning
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Prior experience managing Instagram pages or creating content is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
