Job Description
Agrani Group is looking for a Technical Engineer with hands-on experience in waterproofing, billing, and retrofitting projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems, quantity estimation, billing, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimation, and client/contractor billing.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Provide technical support for waterproofing and retrofitting projects.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost estimation, and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits for technical inspections and issue resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, billing records, and technical reports.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in waterproofing, retrofitting, and billing.
- Good knowledge of waterproofing chemicals, repair methodologies, and rehabilitation works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
