We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer cum Video Editor who can handle the complete video production lifecycle from concept to final output. The role requires strong storytelling ability, on-ground shoot execution, and high-quality post-production aligned with brand aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production (Shoot)
- Plan, shoot, and execute high-quality videos for social media, ads, branding, and campaigns
- Handle camera setups, lighting, audio, and framing independently
- Execute indoor and outdoor shoots including client locations, events, and lifestyle setups
- Understand brand tone and translate it into visual storytelling
2. Video Editing & Post Production
- Edit videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ads
- Work on reels, ad films, product videos, testimonials, and corporate content
- Add transitions, motion graphics, sound design, subtitles, and color grading
- Deliver platform-optimized formats (vertical, square, horizontal)
3. Creative Contribution
- Contribute to content ideas, shot breakdowns, and visual direction
- Stay updated with trends, reels formats, and viral content styles
- Suggest improvements in storytelling, pacing, and engagement
4. Asset & Workflow Management
- Manage raw footage, backups, and project files
- Maintain editing timelines and meet deadlines consistently
- Coordinate with designers, content team, and marketing team
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of camera handling (DSLR/Mirrorless)
- Knowledge of lighting setups and audio recording
- Basic motion graphics and color grading
Creative Skills
- Strong sense of storytelling and visual composition
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends
- Attention to detail in cuts, pacing, and transitions
Experience Required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in videography and video editing
- Experience in agency, content production, or brand marketing preferred
Equipment Knowledge
- Cameras: Sony, Canon, or equivalent
- Gimbals, tripods, lighting kits, microphones
