Job Summary
IB SOLAR is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, meet customers, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, client relationship management, lead generation, and market development activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and project sites for business development activities
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities
- Promote company products and services effectively in the market
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management
- Coordinate with CRM, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements
- Support payment follow-ups and customer coordination activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Travel as required for sales and business development activities
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and in field operations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and reporting
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Marketing preferred
- Experience in Solar / Electrical / EPC / Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to travel may also apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
