Job Desription
1.Receive emergency calls promptly and efficiently, gathering essential information while remaining calm and composed.
2. Assess the nature of the emergency, gather critical details, and prioritize calls based on urgency and severity.
3. Coordinate with emergency response teams (ambulance) to dispatch assistance to the caller's location swiftly and accurately.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and resources dispatched, ensuring proper documentation of each incident.
5. Provide clear instructions and support to callers, offering reassurance and guidance until emergency services arrive.
6. Follow established protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for handling different types of emergencies.
Requirements:
- Good typing speed and good reading skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge preferred).
